Don't let your credit card they bill you quarterly on expire or they'll just stop picking up trash without notifying you, no manual bill or phone call. I left a message to call me regarding non-pick up last night & they did not return my call as of noon. CSR sounded like she could care less that I was unhappy & didn't offer to help me in any way.
