I would give it negative one star if I could. Craig is a fast talking person who has no idea of what he is doing. He ruined my travertine floor by using a product that is warned all over the web and by numerous experts not to be used, he did it anyway and claimed it was ok. The floor was examined by two other experts who all agreed he ruin the floor yet he would not admit it nor did he pay to fix it. It cost me an extra 1600 dollars to correct. He pulled this stunt on me and and friend who's house electrical wiring was not to code and almost caused a fire. His rating with BBB is a F for a reason Run away fast from this guy before he caused harm to your property and walks away with your money
