With numerous cooking shows on television, as well as the emphasis on healthly cooking in response to the childhood obesity epidemic, kids and their parents are more interested than ever in experimenting in the kitchen. Christine Toto, President of Bite Size Chef, also a former personal chef and mother of three daughters, knows what it takes to get children to try new foods ... get them involved in the process.
