Bill, again thank you for your professionalism and immediate attention to my laptop issues. As you know, I had a bad experience with a large store (initials are Best Buy). They took almost a week to diagnose ($70), then wanted to charge me $240 to replace the hard drive ($60) and another $100 to restore. I wish I would of found Bill before I went to Fry's. I went to Fry's to have some virus removed walked out owing $214.00 Bill said he would of done it for $35.00 also depends on how bad it was. Any ways they restored my OS for $214.00 Bill restores systems from 50 to 75 dolars. he's my computer man now thanks
