I had a different company come and look at my well before big east well and pump and was told that they couldn't fix my problem until Monday and that repairs could cost upwards of 2,000$ for a second opinion I called big east and they were here within the hour, they determined it was my pump that needed to be replaced and that it could be done today, within a few hours I had water again and it was for well under the 2000$ quote I had from the pervious company, they saved me time and money and walked me threw the whole process I was very impressed with there knowledge customer service and very fast response time I will call them again for any other issues without hesitation

Very Happy with the service I received, I called at 7am for my elderly mother who had no water they were here within the hour, after doing some tests they determined that the pump needed to be replaced so they pulled the pump and within 2 hours the new pump was here installed and my mother had water again! they were very professional and courteous to my mother and I as well as our property and even took the extra time to stay and ensure everything functioned properly I will not hesitate to call them again and neither should you

Big east well and pump was here within the hour and was very helpful with the whole process, they worked with us to fix our problem and quickly and as cost efficiently as possible. I had water within 2 hours of there arrival! Very pleased with there service and professionalism and would highly recommend them
