Blew us off a few times before finally showing up. Did a terrible cleaning job. When we tried to talk to the owner about a compromise on our bill due to poor service, the owner was rude and wouldn't budge. Less than a week from receiving the bill and speaking with the owner we receive another invoice with a letter threatening to sue if we don't pay by the end of the month (less than 30 days to pay the bill). Buyer beware. These guys will do a bad job and then demand full payment with a threat of taking you to court to back it up. Should not be in business.
