Dr. Al-Khatib was able to give me an accurate diagnosis, his office staff, however, could use a major lesson in customer service. I received notice I was being sent to collections before even receiving an initial billing statement. When I nicely asked the office manager to provide record of previous statements that had supposedly been sent, she rudely said, "I don't videotape myself stuffing envelopes". I have no problem paying what I owe, I do have a problem being treated with no respect for simply questioning my bill.

I was diagnosed with epilepsy at 18 and I didn't find a good neurologist until I was 22. I finally found Ahmad Al-Khatib! I like going there because the staff is nice, the Dr. listens but still gets you out at a decent time. He will answer all of your questions patiently and thoroughly and never makes you feel stupid. I've never waited more than 15 minutes in the waiting room and no more than 10 minutes on the Dr.. The office is clean and a little small but there's ample room to seat everyone. I have always had a good experience and I've never thought about going anywhere else!
