My hot water tank went about a week ago now. I called Ben Peer after a close friend recommended I do so. They showed up the next business day, at the time they said they would. Bill was professional, neat, and efficient. I had a brand new hot water tank installed in no time. What I loved most was how helpful and informative he was, I didn't feel dumb asking questions, and he did not become annoyed when I hovered over him as he worked. We even shared a few laughs.
