General Info

I became certified in 1999 through the NSCA one of the best certifying organizations there is. I was required to take courses, study independently and take a grueling exam (for someone out of school for 16 years anyway) and in each three year period I'm required to take 12 continuing education credits. I choose courses by determining what's new in the fitness industry in order to keep up to date. I'm also a committee member and active participant of the fitness professionals association of New Hampshire. Additionally, I'm fully insured and certified in CPR for your protection. Just so you realize, once your body is on its way to a positive change - your mind will follow Hours of operation "Available by appointment"
