I wish I had read the reviews for Bayside Hardwood Flooring prior to hiring this company! They destroyed my beautiful hardwood floors that needed only to be slightly resurfaced and varnished. I could have done a better job renting a sander from Home Depot and doing it myself. They gouged the floor in every one of the four rooms I had hired them to do with most of the damage being in the corners because they did not use the smaller sander for edging. It was horrible. When I pointed out the places on the floor that I wanted to be redone and their response was to scream at me in Vietnamese and say that I was the most difficult client they ever had. I then had my husband talk with them on the phone for I felt there was a cultural disrespect for women possible in the mix. As they main man listened to my husband, he bowed repeatedly and said," Yes, sir, Yes sir." When my husband hung up, he threw the phone to me and said, "Here!" Then more screaming in Vietnamese between the two workers and then at me at which point they gathered up their tools and left saying, "For you, free." I yelled back, "I don't want free, I want fixed!" I called the owner Thomas twice who did not call back. I was left with a mess! I hired another company who did the best they could in one day because I was having new kitchen cabinets installed the following day. Never, ever use them. You will be very sorry if you do!!!!

We hire Bayside hardwood Floors to refinish our hardwood flooring. This was the worst experience of any company we ever hired. The owner who is Asian/Oriental(did not give his name) was very rude unprofessional, lack of normal people skills. The owner put the wrong stain on the floor and the door threat or carpet reducer were pieces a quarter in on right side for 2 of hour doors, his worked nail down nail on the floor in front of our kitchen because he was not able to get it out( he figure we would not notice).

On the final day of the job-- when we approach him about these issues-- he started cursing using the"" F"word and the Bull SH... ""word in every sentence--- again very unprofessional---- after all of his cusrsing which we did not respond to, he attempted to remove the nail piece -- he could no, he attempted to put a smml piece of wood in the doors tread/carpet reduce-- mess up like



The next day when I was look at the floor after polyurethane was dry, l a lot piece of lint/debris was not vacuum up on the front foyer and you can see it all under the polyurethane coat--- POOR WORKMAN SHIP, UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE ---DO NOT USE BAYSIDE HARDWOOD FLOOR FOR ANY WOODWORK,



IF I HAD READ ANYONE 'S ELSE REVIEW ,I WOULD NOT HAVE HIRE THIS COMPANY. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW SO NOBODY ELSE HIRE THIS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, HAS NO POOR PEOPLE SKILLS(never discuss what he would do, left without say that he is Leaving, barely say good morning when open the door) INDIVIDUAL FOR ANY HARDWOOD FLOORING JOB. AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO TAKE IT FROM ME WHO HAD HIRE ON MAY 3RD 2012 AND THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE.

I live in the Mayfair section of Philly and had my original hardwood floors redone and they came out great. They are very professional and do their best minimize dust getting everywhere. Price was better then most
