DO NOT LET THIS MAN INTO YOUR HOUSE. My house was for sale and this person came in to inspect for the sellers. His aggressive inspection broke my toilet seal and I came home to water coming through my dining room fixture and ruining my dining room table. All he had to do was inspect the toilet bolts and write them up as loose....HE DID NOT NEED TO BREAK THE SEAL!
