i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because In 2012 the owner came to start a job, cut a few limbs and never came back. We called him a month later and he had no idea who we even were. We had to call some one else to come finish the job. Recently another family member asked him to do a small job on the same property, not knowing the history with him. He gave the estimate, said he would be back the following week and...surprise surprise, never showed.
