Ballard Cardinal Towing SUCKS! I have had Roadside Assist for Years! NEVER have I had to pay for ANY Service I have had to have done. I was told by Roadside Assist that Ballard Towing would charge me 20 bucks to come out and put my spare on. I know of Lonnie&He even came to our house & saw daddy while he was sick. This is Not about the money. . It's the principal. I called Lonnie. . 1St had to talk to woman, then his son and then Lonnie. He denied that he was charging that. , it was roadside Assist. . But then said that was not a bad charge. . I repeated no money issue. . Principal. He ended up hanging up on me. Talk about customer service. I proceeded & called back, told his son how rude his dad had been & I would be reporting to Better Business Bureau & that I was going to do the same thing his dad did & hang up on him & I did! These people are nothing but rip-offs. . But a monopoly in the Eufaula area. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau, along with AT&T to tell them what quality customer service this company has. . I've seen other complaints on this site about this company. I'm furious & will report to as many people as I can& hope to bring their Business DOWN!
