This company is terrible with customers ....My car was stolen from my house and I called the police as it was happening and filed a report. Two days later I get call that my vehicle has been towed. I go down tom BALES AND BRADY TOWING. I am told by them that I need to pay $511.00 or else they will send me to collections. First, off I get screwed by a thief, then I get screwed by this company, I asked a simple question about my vehicles condition since it had been stolen and the response was RUDE. PAY UP.....we won't tell you if the vehicle is damaged only if you pay the fee. So I am stuck wondering if it's worth $511.00 being that I am not even sure If it can drive off the lot. I am the loser here....first my car is stolen now I am responsible for the towing cost. These people don't care about the situation or people. Just the dollar bill...In my case I was victim at my home, and now I am victim of this company. BEWARE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS.....DO NOT USE.

DO NOT USE!!! These people are crooks! They don't know the meaning of customer service!! I'm sure they're only in business because the police in Salem and Marion Co. contract with them for towing wrecked/impounded cars! They are rude, refuse to answer questions (yes, basic ones like "how much do I have to pay to have my son's car removed to the repair shop?"). As soon as they find out you have full coverage insurance, they tell you to leave the car with them because the insurance company will pay for everything...why should my insurance co. have to pay ridiculous daily fees when I could have a REPUTABLE towing company take the car to a repair shop where I don't have to pay a daily fee? These people are crooks, sanctioned by city and county police departments...SHAME!!!
