I like a company that has clean and well dressed professional employees and clean equipment to work with and Josh definitely has the tools and education in place for his company to get the job done. Josh a baker carpet cleaning is the most thorough carpet cleaning company I have ever had in my home, they vacuumed all the carpet including around the baseboards, then they treated all the traffic areas ,scrubbed them with a machine that got rid of the packed down look and made the areas nice and fluffy again, they steamcleaned the areas after treating them with a conditioner that leaves a soft feel and removes any residues (josh took the time to explain all these steps as he did them) , they even moved the furniture I requested and cleaned the areas, sat it back in place. They used fans to dry almost all the carpet before leaving. I noticed the carpet felt soft and didn't have that stiff and sticky feel when it dried like the other companies I used in the past. No spots have returned either and I will be using these guys for all my cleanings in the future. I know the review is long, but I have been thru a lot of companies and I'm glad I finally found a company that respects me and my home, and cares about quality work. Joann W. Fuquay, NC
