They arrived in a reasonable time; nice up-to-date equipment, clean truck to ride in, courteous well groomed driver, professional all the way. AAA sent this truck for me, and I couldn't be more pleased that they did.

Not wanting to use anyone's name on the internet, "K," you're an amazing gentleman (you know who you are)! I would wish I needed more towing services in Woodburn so I could work with you folks more, but I honestly hope not to. I will make high recommendations to anyone who does, though! Baker & Baker Towing & Crane are the epitome of what's missing in most of our businesses these days. They are real people, who manage to be good people while still conducting business. They know, as good smaller businesses should, that their customers (and even people who don't want to be customers, those whose vehicles - or ones they sold to other people - were unexpectedly towed) are worthy of respect and courtesy. Thank you for the respect and courtesy. I am not certain I would have gotten the same from a chain organization, I am so grateful your company is not one.

I want to give a very big thank you to Joe! He was fast to get to me and fast to help with all that I needed done with my car when I needed it towed to my home. Was nice and helping my dad on making it easy for him to fix. Thank you so much Joe and baker and baker towing! !!

CORY arrived on the scene in less than 30 minutes and took really good care of me. He was quick and efficient and assured me that he would take good care of me. He did.

When our tire on our trailer went flat on I-5 AAA gave us their contact, even though AAA doesn't cover trailer flats. The people at Baker & Baker spent quite a lot of time with us on the phone on Sunday morning helping us find a place to get a replacement at no extra cost for us. Super helpful and so nice!
