Our car was towed when we parked it 'wrong'. when we came out, they explained it was too late because they had hooked it up. The manager of the store came out and told them to drop it, but they didn't and took the car. Turns out after we called the police that what they did was illegal and after getting a police report and having to get the registered owner to drive 6 hours to Tucson, we got it out for free, minus the 12 hours of driving for him and and the extra day of inconveniance because they pulled this on a saturday night, and are closed on sunday. Horrible service and very unknowledgeable employees.

The employees are very unprofessional and are extremely rude. They damaged my car when they towed it and were very rude to me when I went to pick it up. The cost for towing a car is overpriced and definitely not worth the hassle the employees will put you through.
