This business should be named Avoid Unlimited. A few months ago this business contacted me to do some work in the albany area after racking up a $545 bill they will not answer the phone or respont to my emails. They make it sound like they are some big business but the fact is they are a one man show and that man is a crook. Dont let them steel from you too!

I purchased a rug cleaning through Living Social in February 2012. I contacted them before I even bought the deal to ensure that they would honor it due to some verbiage on the site. When I tried to redeem the voucher, they initially told me they wouldn't accept it. It was only after I provided the email conversations between the rep and myself that they agreed to schedule my appointment. I indicated that I needed a time slot during the weekend or evenings. They kept scheduling me during the weekday afternoons and continued going back and forth multiple times before they said the earliest they could accommodate my request was in April. I said that was fine and they gave me April 4th from 11am-1pm as an option. I agreed without checking a calendar because I assumed if I was having to wait an extra month and a half, they would have gotten the request right. On the week of April 2nd, I realized that April 4th was a Wednesday!! The date has come and gone and I was never contacted by the company. I have sent emails and have yet to receive a response. I rarely leave reviews, but I am so disgusted w/ this company, that I wanted to share my experience. I will be demanding a refund as I have not received any services and will also file a complaint with Living Social.

I purchased a Living Social Voucher for Avid Unlimited and have been trying to schedule an appt with them for weeks. They never answer the phone, return messages or respond to emails. I think at this point I am at 5 emails!! I don't understand how they can run a business this way. Voucher or not they don't pick up the phone or return messages. They suck! Don't use them EVER!!

Avoid them like the plague. I purchased a living social voucher for their rug cleaning services. They showed up to clean three rugs and only cleaned two. The other one they said was too big to lay out, this was after they refused to move some furniture back to make room for it. So they said they had to take it to their facility where I wound incur storage fees. It took two weeks to get the rug back after countless phone calls, saying they don't accept checks (which was never stated and is not specified on their web site). They would not deliver the rug even after I told them I would give them a credit card. They said the machine was broken and it was cash only. Horrible customer service, totally unprofessional, and just an awful experience.

I fully recommend this company, they were very professional and efficient. They cleaned my carpet which was in a very bad state due to my kids and they made it look almost brand new. I told my friends and one of them has an appointment to get their carpets cleaned.

Beginning to doubt this is a real company. I bought a LivingSocial voucher months ago and have been unable to get them to show up to redeem the voucher. Twice they canceled/didnt show up. Now I can't get anyone on the phone and they havent answered my voicemails or emails.
