This place has false advertisement on their website, staff has no respect.The website clearly states that if the windshield crack is smaller than a dollar bill than it possibly be repaired. When I called for additional information the staff told me it had to be smaller than an inch. I informed her about the website information and she stated she was not aware of anything in that nature. I asked to speak to her manager who stated the same information. I informed her this was false information, before I could finish she said well, your not getting a free windshield from this. I stated I was not looking for any handouts and would just like a technician to look at my windshield for possible repairs.I requested I speak to her supervisor or anyone else above her and she stated he was out the office and could take a message. My name and number and stated I would be expecting a call from him and her response was oh he will not be calling you back, however I will let him know of the error.

I drive a semi for a living and a buzzard hit my windshield and damaged it so bad that I had to stop on the side of the freeway. The technician replaced my windshield and cleaned up all of the broken glass allowing me to get back on the road all within less than 1 and a half hours.
