EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS

I spent about an hour on the phone setting up rental servicea for a concrete crew on site. Made the payment, and all was good to go. It wasn't until afternoon the next day that I was contacted by the company with a "price modification"

My rate skyrocketed from $260 to $750, they refused to honor the price that I was quoted...

I have 10 guys on site that have had to hold it all day because this company's incompetency, and they will have to hold it until another company is able to make a delivery. All in all, a huge waste of time, and highly unprofessional to triple your quoted price very last minute to try to squeeze every dollar out of you. Come to our site, and I have 10 guys that will give you something if you squeeze them right now.

National Site was excellent to deal with. For an emergency water shut down days before the Holiday they were able to get me a very nice clean portable unit for the staff to use during the repair. I highly recommend and will use again as needed.

A pleasure to do business with even though we called Saturday at the last minute! They promptly & pleasantly delivered the dumpster & promptly removed it at the agreed upon time. My family would highly recommend them!

My husband and I were remodeling our shop and we needed dumpsters. When I called the customer service representative was very friendly and answered all my questions. We got the dumpster on time and the driver placed it where my husband could access it from the shop easily. We got a few and the turn around was fast. Our overall experience with Arwood was wonderful and will use them again. I highly recommend them.

The advertisement says they schedule garbage collection but when I called I was told they only do dumpsters. Disappointing.
