I recently had my 5 month old living room carpet cleaned, which unfortunately has pet & coffee stains on them. The carpet cleaning was with a cold chemical spray & a buffer which didn't do anything but make the carpets wet with a the chemical smell. I might understand how some of the pet stains wouldn't come clean, but none of them did at all. I was extremely disappointed when not even the coffee stain from the day before would come clean. I ended paying for a service my dead grandmother could have done a better job at. I highly recommend everyone use a different company for carpet cleaning.
