Greg our serviceman was very professional and polite, although I was only getting an estimate. Greg was knowledgeable with what the heck was going with our bathtub issues and gave two estimates that in detail would help us fix our plumbing problems.

I have used this company 3 or 4 times and every time they were there when promised and did the work to correct the problems. They were always polite and showed concern when talking to me. They never charged me more than what I was told and even a couple of times even gave me a discount. I would recommend them to everyone.

Called at 7, was told a tech would be at the house by 8. Called again at 830 after no one showed at 8, was told that someone would call me back letting me know when someone would arrive. I had to call again at 910, got the same runaround. At 940, after no calls, I called back & cancelled & went with another company. They were at my house within the hour & done by 1130. If the customer service is this bad, can only imagine how bad the tech would have been

For the past few years, we've been having drain problems in our bathtub and using Rescue Rooter to 'fix' it. For their 'services' they have charged us up to $500-$600 dollers per visit, and the longest time between clogs has been about 8 months.



After thinking it over, I wondered why our situation appeared to be unresolvable for Rescue Rooter, and called Roto Rooter to see if they could get to the root of the problem. Within minutes of snaking our drain, the fellow from Roto Rooter discovered a piece of metal the size of a golf ball (which he presumed to be part of a previous fixture) stuck within a few feet of our tub drain. We have not changed fixtures since we've been here, so that part must have been there all along.



Bottom line is:



At worst, Resuce Rooter does shoddy work and rips people off, at best, they're not astute enough to fix an obvious, simple problem.



Either way, I'm done with them, and urge you, BUYER BEWARE.
