Doug and Sharon Blume are owners and operators of Arrow Pest Control, and both are state certified and licensed technicians. Doug is also certified as a Master Technician by the Wisconsin Pest Control Association (WPCA). Doug holds a BS in chemistry and an MBA in management, and has long served the pest control industry as an officer and member of the Board of Directors of WPCA. Arrow provides pest control services to about five counties in southeastern Wisconsin and two counties in northeastern Illinois. The company serves residential customers as well as those in commercial, industrial, municipal and institutional settings. (See map) Arrow is a long-standing business accredited with the Better Business Bureau. The company maintains an A+ rating, the highest possible rating in the BBB system. Arrow also maintains membership in the Wisconsin Pest Control Association, the National Pest Management Association, and the Greater Chicago Pest Management Alliance. Furthermore, Doug Blume has long served as Secretary for the Wisconsin Pest Control Association and is integrally involved in planning this group’s annual educational conference. The company has a steadfast commitment to education and to raising the bar professionally in the pest control industry. The owners, Doug and Sharon Blume and team members regularly attend educational conferences offered by either the Wisconsin Pest Control Association or the Greater Chicago Pest Management Alliance.
