I was asked by Robert Steiger of ARKK Builders to write this review and can say that I couldn't wait to be used as a reference for this company. After hiring an engineer to inspect our building we had contacted ARKK Builders after watching them do work on the Ramada Inn across the highway. We were in trouble and had to respond quickly. Our walkways were in failure and we had to use alternate exits to remain in the building. ARKK responded within hours and stabilized the walkways so we could use the elevators. The building department said they never saw a contractor react so fast and so professional. Since were in trouble we were certain that the cost would be out of sight. They had all nine walkways supported and approved by the building department in 9 hours. I was amazed at the methods of replacement that they suggested and was approved by the engineers. This company has a vast knowledge of structures and what to do with them. Their name has been spread all over Delaware and I know of several projects I recommended them to and will continue to do so. They are a tough act to follow. They certainly do not fit the bill of the normal contractor and the horror stories that go along with the trade. To sum it up, RELIABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, PROFESSIONAL, and did I mention PROFESSIONAL?! Honored...J Rosetti

ARKK Builders did an excellent job for us to structurally re-fortify our 12 unit, four story, steel framed building along the beach in Brigantine New Jersey. The original builder used non-galvanized steel that was badly deteriorated by the salt air in many places. Structural steel support columns and beams and two stair towers had to be replaced along with repairs throughout the building. The deterioration was so bad that our building was in jeopardy of being closed down by the local municipality for safety defects.



ARKK Builders did an outstanding job of working with our structural engineer to assess the problem and to determine the best plan of correction. The owner of ARKK Builders, Bob Stieger, met with our condo board and presented a proposal to make the necessary repairs. In the end, we were extremely pleased with the quality of work done. ARKK met its scheduled completion date, kept the property clean and safe during the construction and completed its punch list items at the end, all in a very responsible and thorough manner.



We have nothing but the highest compliments for ARKK Builders and for Bob Stieger in particular. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable, honest and reliable and highly recommend him and his company for all construction needs and will use him again ourselves if the need arises.

What I am about to write will be difficult for most people to believe. This Contrator is RELIABLE, FAIR and CONSIDERATE. I have an apartment building on Oakland av in Ventnor and after a storm some of the brick facing fell off to reveal a structural issue that had the Ventnor city officials ready to evacuate my building with in 48 hours. I was referred to Bob Steiger of AARK Builders by an engineer and he saved my bacon. Within 48 hours he had my building reinforced and secure. He then followed thru with every timetable he gave me for completion and even worked with me on the money ( I'm sure he doesn't want people to know that). The city inspectors even told me they had never seen anything like it. He may not be the cheapest contractor but he does exactly what he says he will and in a totally professional manner. I will never work with a different contractor and neither shoul you. He's the best. Thank you Bob.

I have worked with Arkk Builders as a design professional managing contracts for individual clients and condominium boards over the past several years. The work is exceptional and the company very well managed. The workers are polite and professional and quality is the rule of the day when Arkk is on a project.

I am writing this from the inside of my beautiful new office, one of my favorite rooms in my beautiful new home. Arkk Builders had my home completed ahead of schedule and under budget (an amazing feat in this difficult economic times). The professionalism was apparant from day one and the personal service is something you just do not find anymore. One of the most important parts of the construction was my office since I work from home. The finished product belongs in a magazine. This is the third house I have had built and the best choice of builder by far. If you are looking for professionalism, quality craftsmenship, and credibility, Arkk Builders is a no-brainer!

I have had many experiences with builders in my time of investing in real estate and have never come across a builder with such professionalism. Their workers are extremely knowledgeable and talented. No kids in this company. The owner oversees every aspect of the work and accepts nothing less than perfection. They completed the work ahead of time (very rare in this business) and gave me a credit at the end of the job. Who does that? A must for the person who demands detail and professionalism.
