He told us about the appraisal process in a concise manner so that we thoroughly understood the process every step of the way and answered all our questions. Our appointment was set for 10:00 a.m. and Mr. Bernstein was actually a few minutes early. Imagine that! Normally you're given a range of time in hours when someone sets an appointment. That didn't happen here. Mr. Bernstein is very personable and professional and was careful during the inspection not to disturb anything inside my home. He even took his shoes off upon entry to my home so that he wouldn't bring anything from outside because of our rural location! The best part; he had our appraisal report back to our lender within the promised time of 48 hours. We were really happy that we got the loan based in part upon Mr. Bernstein's efficiency.
