One of the hardest parts of owning a vacation rental property is finding cleaners that have the same high standards for cleanliness as I have. Finding Appalachian Home Services has given me the peace of mind to know that my vacation rental will always be clean and ready for guests. The owners Tanya and Lynn are conscientious, hard working, dependable, and give so much attention to detail. Equally important is that they only hire staff that shares their same work ethic and high standards.
We have used AHS for almost one year now for a rental cabin in the Banner Elk area, and they have made a big difference in how our guests view the cleanliness of our home. They are professional and friendly, respond in a timely manner, clean on schedule, and are a pleasure to deal with. Most of all, they ensure that the cabin is clean before the next renters arrive. They let us know of potential issues or if we have run out of something that we leave for renters. Being remote to our property, we are very happy with the service they provide and we know our home is in good hands.
I use AHS cleaning services for my ski rental and they have been doing an excellent job. I have gotten many compliments on the cleanliness from my guests over the years. Highly recommend Appalachian Home Services.
