I called this company and the service rep arrived promptly as he promised. Also he was very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He took his time to point out things to me and explain things in great detail, but in terms I understand. I didn't feel like he was to try and fast talk me or push me into anything. After everything was shown and explain, he didn't try to push a sale on me. That is very important to me. Instead I felt very comfortable with my rep and could tell he was truly straight forward with me. I don't know about the rest of the service reps that work for this company, but I recommend if you call them, ask for my rep "Scott"
