Mr. Anson was very professional in the way he went through my house. He had a 12 page checklist that covered everything from the basement to the attic. His inspection told me things about my house that I would not have known otherwise. Before he left he made sure I had a copy of his entire report to be able to take with me to closing.I still purchased the house, but I knew what things needed repairs or replacement before I purchased it, and I was able to negotiate the price of my home to a reduced amount due to some significant repairs that were needed. I would thoroughly recommend Anson's Home Inspection before buying a house. Well worth the money invested!!
