We rented a house on Lake Harmony, and found a huge flood in the basement from a burst pipe. The property manager was no help, but this guy walked us through turning off the electric pipe. At least the water stopped. He also gave us a contact because he was going on a trip.

I am a vol FF. Andrew was working on my home when I received a call for a flooding basement. On arrival I found my neighbors home was indeed flooded and the heat and hot water out of service. The homeowner, a fellow firefighter, was very ill and could not stay at home under such conditions. At my request, Andrew Farley came to the scene. With the FD pumping out the home and the EMT's attending to the homeowner, Andrew was able to restore heat and hot water service and repair the burst pipe. Andrew is not only an outstanding plumber, he is a truly a caring person.
