I found out about An Elegant Touch through a wonderful friend of mine. Mrs. Simms decorated and coordinated her wedding. It had the 'WOW' effect! I am in the middle stages of my wedding planning and the service so far has been outstanding. Mrs. Simms has been very helpful and straight forward. She will work within a reasonable budget and will let you know if she is not able to assist you with your wedding. I am very excited to see the outcome of my wedding day.
