Bee elimination was done by Mr. Martin Velasquez at my property. I was given 90 days warranty however when the bees reappeared within warranty period they refused to honor their own warranty. I made several requests to speak to Mr. Martin Velasquez as the work and agreement was done by Mr. Martin. However Mrs. Martin would not let me even speak to him saying she was the owner and ultimate authority of the company. Very bad attitude, unprofessional and no respect for their own written warranty.
The area which was treated for bees in the front of the house was the area warrantied for 90 days.I had informed Mr. Dhand that Martin was not available at the time and that I schedule the appointments. My intent was not to be rude but be upfront with the information. We have set up a Service Call for Wed. 7/18/12 4-5:00. We'll work with our customer to resolve their concerns, within reason.
Omg this company is the bomb! The company owners Martin Velazquez and Jina Velazquez were so helpful to working around my scheadual and elinated the lil pest problems i had in my house and @ my apartment building i was very satified with the wood work and they even matched the paint to my house! Thank you Ameripest :)
I have had other companies come in to get rid of the ROACH problems at the condominium complex I own in Highland, CA. AMERIPEST did their Pest Control services and the roaches are gone ! My condos are clean! New tenants are happy the condo is Pest-Free. I highly recommend their excellent services. Peter H.
