After numerous calls to different central vac business and getting no wheres with them, I was directed to Americool. I never heard of the company, but after explaining my situation Lincoln was generous enough to lead me into the right direction.This afternoon I recieved a call from Larry telling me the hose I needed for my central vac had come in and he would be delivering it to my home in half an hour.Americool has renewed my faith in customer service.
