We started out selling analog and digital phone equipment as well as installing low-voltage cabling. We evolved to mostly VoIP hosted phones and cloud phone service, but we do still sell digital systems and hybrid IP telephone systems as VoIP isn't a fit for everyone. We are more than happy to help you determine which is the best fit for your business. VoIP offers flexibility and some fantastic features but, everyone doesn't usually need them all. We don't want you to pay for features you won't use. The advantages to VoIP are things like saving money on your phone bill, being able to easily redirect your calls in the event of an Internet or power outage, having more control of your telecommunications, and saving capital on what can be expensive telecom equipment. Why doesn't everyone go with VoIP? Those without steady Internet connections can be frustrated by it, and those used to traditional phones and how they work can be challenged by VoIP phones. If you are used to having "line appearances" on your phone and a call on each one of those, parking calls & picking them up when you can't really see what line they are on may not be for you. Great Friendly Service from Professionals!

We used to have a terrible time with our phones, the phone guys came in & changed all of that. They got us set up on their VoIP service with phones & we don't even have to have a system any more. If I want to work from home, I can even take my phone with me & use it from there or easily forward my calls to a cell. Very happy with them!
