I bought my house in March of 2012. We were told by my realtor, the seller side and my inspector that I had a brand new 2009 roof.. The roofer shingled over rot. He did not seal the valleys. The roofer refuses to return phones call. so now i am having to file a complaint and take action. I have found out through other reviews that this is his habit. This house has a 30 year warrenty.. I am going through all actions to take with this. By ffh standard i should have a 2 year warrenty. I don't even have that. The mold in the roof is not good for my new born infant..
