Horribly wet, our carpet was soaked so badly that it is still sopping wet after 12 hours. Ran our hvac system fan and the ceiling fan all night but still soaking wet everywhere. Not a single spot is dry yet. Worried about mold now and may have to replace our carpet

Just had them come to our new house and clean the carpets. My husband and I were afraid that we would have to buy new carpet for two of the rooms and to our surprise the carpets now look brand new. American Heritage Carpet Cleaning if professional and timely.

American Heritage Carpet Cleaning was very professional and timely. They did a great job cleaning my two sofas.

American Heritage came to my house to clean my carpet. It looked fantastic!! The two men that cleaned my carpet did an exceptional job. They were very well mannered, and dressed professional. I would deffinately reccommend them to anyone.

I called american heritage to clean a rental property in nixa Ilive in Stanley Ks and wanted to have it done pretty quicky as i was going to be in town that weekend. I called their office and talked to Doug I explained to him my situation. He was able to book me an appointment for that saturday morning. I told him this was a rental and had several spots and stains including a red kool-aid stain. Doug took the time to explain in detail what they did and stated the kool-aid stain probably would not come out. I really thought we would have to replace this carpet but wanted american heritage to try and save this carpet. Boy am I glad I did! The two men arrived on time and did everything I was promised over the phone. The kool-aid didn't come out but they were able to patch that area, as they do repairs also. Iwas impressed with American Heritage. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are honest and promise you the world but sure did exceed my expectation.

The guys that came out from American Heritage were great. My carpet had a lot of pathways and spots from my dogs and kids that made it look pretty nasty. They did an incredible job, it was like night and day difference. I could hardly tell where anything had been before; the traffic paths were almost completely gone and they got up every spot! And it dried in 5 hours, better than the day and a half it took when I had it steam cleaned.

But the best part wasn't just the cleaning, it was the guys. They were friendly and flexible from the moment I opened the door. They worked with me on exactly what I needed, asking questions and making sure I understood everything they were going to do. They even helped me move my couches out. I'd recommend them to anyone.
