Your guy came out the other morning and I liked what he had to say. I signed up that day. I had some holes in my roof and some hidden rot. Rod assured me that Alvin Ballard Roofing would not roof over rotted decking. He replaced all the rotted wood and gave me pictures of what he replaced before it was covered up. I appreciate that. I know what they did and feel good about the work. It looks great and it was less than I thought it would be! A Brogdon

I want to thank Butch and Rod for all of the effort they put into getting me my new roof. I am on a limited budget but I knew I needed a new roof. Butch inspected my roof, contacted my insurance company and helped me file a claim. They got me my new roof with 0 money out of pocket. They are so professional! They told me when they would show up, what to expect and were done in 1 day. The roof looks great and I am so happy for calling Alvin Ballard Roofing....you should too! G Ballard (no relation)
