This tow company is unprofessional at best. They would not accept credit cards or checks. They are a completely cash only business! I had my car towed to their lot after an accident and they made me feel as if they were holding it hostage until I came up with the cash. When I provided cash, they had to look for several minutes to come up with cash to make change. How does a "cash only" business not have a cash box to make change. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that one is not available or that she doesn't want to talk to me. At best they are unprofessional, at worst, I believe that they should be investigated. Never, ever use this company.
