Just about holding money for rent a car it's normal , all other companies dose the same thing.

It was great.... the young lady that helped me there was just a sweetheart. she helped alot i just had flew into john wayne airport and i had a car a reservation at budget but since my flight was delayed they ended up giving up my car. So i was looking around in the yellow pages and i say allied rent a car... with the WE BEAT ANY PRICE.. they sure did beat budget... but like i was say i called and a young lady named vanessa asst. me and i was about to call taxi and she said we offer free pick up and drop off from airport. I was so blessed to work with her and the company Ill be booking my rentals here for now on.

Dishonest people!!! do not go here! They will take money out of your account and not tell you. They held up money on both my husband's and my own bank account. I personally saw the front desk girl lie to another customer. BEWARE!! DON'T GO HERE! I would like to give ZERO STARS!! but this makes you rate it with atleast one!!

I like their customer service.They gave me a good deal in rent and also very good car.They are very flexible,friendly.I like to rent from them when ever i need my rental car.I recommend them to anyone who want to rent a car or van.Its very close to Santa Ana airport.They also send driver to pick me up from my place.You can use them if you need a car for rent.ThanksFred
