Allen Community Services Department is based in Allen, Texas. The department is responsible for maintenance of streets and drainage systems, water and sewer operations, city utility billing and municipal building maintenance. It also offers solid waste and recycling services provided by Community Waste Disposal program. Its utility billing division is responsible for collecting water, sewer, trash, recycling, and drainage service and penalty fees. Its community services department is affiliated with the city of Allen. The city operates various other departments, such as administration, animal control, capital projects, city secretary, code compliance, engineering, environmental services, finance and fire department. It also manages human resource, land development, parks and recreation, planning, police, purchasing and media departments.
