I found All Tech through the Better Business Bureau website and chose them because they were the only company listed with an A+ rating. Jeff came when promised, did a great job explaining what the problem was, and moreover, did not try to talk me into an expensive repair. He actually recommended not repairing it and to purchase a new washer instead. They do not sell appliances, yet he patiently spent time explaining what brand and type of washer he felt was good and the reasoning behind his recommendation. All of this was done for a service charge of $49. We will definitely use All Tech in the future. It's great to know there are still honest, reputable companies out there!

Unfortunately, I have needed All Tech's service quite a bit in the last couple of years. Jeff really knows what he is talking about and I completely trust him.It is such a relief to know who I am letting into my house and Jeff always makes sure I understand pros and cons of repair vs replacing.Thank you for the FAST service!

I couidn't be more satisfied.They arrived within the two hour time window as set up,and called before coming. I also checked them out at the B.B.B. and they are the only Appliance service company that has an A+ rating. Possibly someone didn't understand the two hour arrival time frame, as the previous review stated, they cancelled before the time frame was over. I'm extremely satisfied

I hired this company to come repair my fridge and set up an appointment with a window of 8-10 that they would be here. At 9:50 nobody had called to say they were on their way so I called them and was informed that the individual who was coming out to fix my fridge was running late this morning and would be there soon. When I asked how soon they said in 30 minutes or so. I have a job that I took off from this morning so I could stay home and meet the repair person. I couldn't wait any longer so I cancelled the appointment as I would rather work with someone who not only be on time but call me when they know they are running late. Extrememly disappointed in their service.

I guess my parents have used them for a long time, but this is my first time. I would recommend them too.

I was able to have them come out the same day.the tech was uniformed;friendly; and very proffesional in my opion. He took his time in checking out my refrigerator ands told me what it would cost before he did any repairs. I felt the cost was very reasonable and he was able to complete the repair right then. The guy that came out, who I think was the owner, was smug, rude, and didn't leave me with a good impression. I wish I had done more research before I called this company.His diagnosis was wrong too! I ended up fixing it myself.

Emergency call on a Saturday and Jeff was at my door within 1.5 hours. I did not have to pay extra for same day service or a Saturday surcharge. What a relief to call a company who did NOT make my disaster worse by over charging. Jeff is very knowledgable and not only did he identify the problem, but offered tips to prevent it in the future. Thank you All Tech - I am definately a lifetime customer.

Our washer stopped spinning and my husband first tried fixing it himself. When that didn't turn out, we called Wiig and Sons and arranged a convenient time. The repairman was willing to try using the part we'd already purchased, and even though it didn't work, he willingly came back and replaced it with the right one for a minimal cost. He gave some advice for preventing future mishaps and it's been working ever since.

I called them for the first time the other day when my central air went out and it got up to 93 degrees in my house. The guy that came to my house, Jeff was excellent! He rushed to the warehouse before they closed for the night to get the part I needed instead of just waiting until the next morning. He could not have been nicer! And the best part was that he got my A/C up and running and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I would highly recommend them!!!!!

I had a great experience using this company. I received same day service and felt that the repair was affordable. I had a washer that wasn't draining. The technician arrived when I was told he would and was extremely polite. He diagnosed the issue (motor went bad) and gave me an estimate. I was very happy because the cost of replacing that machine was too much and I do love that washer. He fixed it up and everything was restored to normal. THANK YOU AGAIN! I will use this company over and over.
