At 3 am due to my own stupidity my furnace died. After trying some other 24 hour service, which I found out does not really work 24 hours, the phone was pick up by Tom the owner. He came out within an hour. The issue I had he did not have the part for and went back to his office to see if he may find something to hold me over until place that sell the item opens. I received a call that he did not and as soon as a part store opens they will be back. At 9 am a worker came out with the new part, was very courteous, and fixed the issue. Then came bill time. I knew in my heart this will be expensive but to my surprise the bill was beyond reasonable. I was in shock. A business who doesn't exploit the fact I was stuck. I was amazed. This company should be your first call. With this service I am a customer and an advertisement for the company. Thank you again for not taking advantage of my situation and getting my heat back on during a brutal single digit morning. Thank you again.

Furnance broke downn in the middle of winter at 11:30 p.m. Somone was at the house by Midnight. Even though they didnt have the part needed to fix the furnance that night. The next moring they were there by 9:00 a.m. and fixed the furnance within a half hour, The emergency call and the return the next day was very inexspensive. Would call them to do work any time.
