I selected them from Angie's List after we discovered on Saturday afternoon that our furnace wasn't firing up. Temps were dropping below zero overnight, so there was no time to waste. Mark came over within the hour, and had it up and running in 20 minutes. The needed part to fix it properly wasn't available until Monday, but he explained the issue and showed us how to trick the furnace into firing up again in case the connection shorted out again over the rest of the weekend. Mark was extremely courteous and professional, worked quickly, and explained everything very well. I appreciated the time he took to very patiently describe the issue to me - his expertise and patience with a customer are a rare combination. He will be my pick for all heating and cooling services from now on!
