This guy is a Jerk. No brains, all ego. Bad language and just plain mean. Unprofessional, insulting and arrogant. Unbelievable. My brother-in-law had to step in because this guy was SO condescending. Rather than fix my grandmother's problem, he belittle her and then tried to insinuated that her security system was fine...but that she was not mentally stable. He's like a walking manual for everything you're NEVER supposed to do in business. Just plain mean instead of being helpful.
