Airmasters have been my go-to company for about 20 years. I have always expected the best from them and have never been disappointed.
Over 4 years I called over and over about condensation dripping on ceiling and in pan to the point that unit shut down. I probably had service people out 4 times a year. They would put bandaid on and try to sell me things I did not need or did not make a difference. I hired a company to come out and look at system. They said I had a shower pan shoved up in attic to catch water and that they saw several mistakes with installation. I had a brand new system put in as well as running new duct work with more lines running back to unit which so far seems to have fixed the issue. Air Masters sold me a variable speed unit that they don't understand themselves it seems.
