MR. RUSS IS A GENTLEMAN AND A PROFESSIONAL, WITH A CAN DO ATTITUDE. I MET MR. RUSS PRIOR TO HIM GOING INTO BUSINESS FOR HIMSELF; WHEN HE WORKED FOR ANOTHER COMPANY, CALLED JIMMYS, THAT I HAD REPLACING MY AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM. THE OTHER WORKER'S HAD RUN INTO SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE INSTALLATION. I ENDED UP CALLING THE OFFICE AND ASKING THEM TO SEND SOMEONE THAT KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY SENT MR. RUSS AFTER HE FINISHED ANOTHER JOB. IT TOOK HIM LESS THAN 1 HOUR TO CORRECT THEIR INSTALLATION MISTAKES, AND GET MY SYSTEM RUNNING. THAT WAS IN 1995, AND NO ONE ELSE HAS TOUCHED MY SYSTEM BUT HIM, SINCE THAT TIME. HE WILL COME WHEN ASKED, DO EXCEPTIONAL WORK, AND STAND BEHIND IT AFTER THE INK COOLS, AND THAT ALONE IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF TODAY. YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS MAN, OR I WILL EAT MY SYSTEM, WITHOUT THE DRESSINGS.

The guy (I believe his name is Glenn) who owns and operates this business is the most considerate professional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Although, I was in a very bad bind and could not afford an arm and a leg, this gentleman worked with me so that I could still afford his services. Even though he knew my situation he came out promptly when I called and was able to fix my central air conditioning unit in a very timely manner. I was impressed with his whole demeanor and attitude.

The guy is a crook. Charged hundreds for a fix that didn't work and then refused to honor his work. If you want quality repair, then call someone else.
