Highest Recommendation I can't say enough good things about by my experience with Dwayne Ott of Advantage Inspection Services. He spent nearly 20 minutes with me answering questions during my initial call, and was equally patient, informative and professional throughout the course of the inspection (he spent at least two full hours on-site and talked me through the considerations of every issue we found). His report was comprehensive and easy to read and understand, and he included lots of photos with suggestions for how to remedy each issue. Mr. Ott was very professional and knowledgeable and I would very highly recommend him to anyone in need of home inspection services.
