My $95 initial visit paid for an employee to walk around my three-story house (he never climbed a ladder to look up close) for about 5-10 minutes, staring up at the roof and saying that for $500 more they could make my squirrel problems go away. I later spoke on the phone with the manager to clarify what $500 would get me. I clearly outlined our problems; he said I had both grey and flying squirrels and could take care of it. I decided to hire them, they came and installed a one-way door, covered up a few holes, and set some traps. They caught 1 grey squirrel, but the flying squirrel problem persisted. After calling back and letting them know the flying squirrels were still around, I was told that problem required a different course of action and thus more $$$. When I pointed out they knew about the flying squirrels up front, he apologized for any confusion but restated that for them to do more would cost me more. I feel cheated and would never recommend anyone else hire this company!!
