General Info

I have a mechanical engineering degree and worked for over 35 yrs as a mechanical engineer for a heating and cooling appliance manufacturer as well as a gas barbeque manufacturer. After deciding to become a Home Inspector, I took additional training for home inspection and for the Environmental Testing that I perform. I also took the Home Builder courses offered at Midlands Tech. I do a complete, honest and fair home inspection with a report book completed during the inspection and a follow up email report with digital pictures to my client and their Realtor. I encourage clients to be at the inspection and, if so desired, follow me and ask questions during the inspection. I will sit down with my client (or their Realtor) after the inspection to go over my findings. I work with a DHEC approved local lab for my water tests and a nationally certified laboratory for mold, lead and radon testing.
