(Speak Spanish fluently) Specialty areas include Civil, Mechanical, and Structural Engineering. Specific capabilities: Commercial and residential building designs, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design packages (MEP), product analysis and design. (We can take a patent idea from concept to mass production.) Structural and thermal analysis modeling. Able to design and certify any roadway structures and signs to Florida DOT and AASHTO Standard Specifications for Structural Supports for Highway Signs, Luminaires, and Traffic Signals requirements, (LTS-5) From the very simple to the very complex: shed designs, residential additions, custom residential design, commercial build outs, new commercial and industrial facilities design, custom product design and analysis. Heating Ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) design for commer cial and residential. Use Elite software to perform heating and cooling load calculations complying with ASHRAE Standard 62 and ACCA Manual J methods. Apply disciplined project management methods and techniques (Microsoft Project) to perform construction consulting and management.
