Earlier this year we decided to call ACR for our carpet cleaning needs. We`ve been living in our home for several years and have never had a professional service for this. I can see why they call themselves Advanced Carpet Restoration. The carpet looked completely "restored" after the cleaning, almost to the point of brand new. Even the nasty coffee stain we had came out completely! I`ve been told that a professional cleaning should be done on a regular basis. ACR will certainly be the ones doing it for us.

They are HORRIBLE. The technician upsold us,(he was very polite) but still sold us on a service we didn't think we needed. Didn't take care of the issue we initially called on so we called to have them out again, and still no difference. My wife called and s/w the owner to see what could be done. He yelled at her and hung up on her shortly after. STAY AWAY!!!!
